Talent is everywhere in Luxembourg.
Access to AI is not.

PeterLab gives young people and people with limited resources in the Grand Duchy accompanied access to professional AI tools, with the training, mentoring and follow-through they need to build a project, an activity, an income of their own.

AI is redefining who gets an opportunity.

Artificial intelligence is changing what a single person can build: a business, a service, an income. But that possibility is not reaching everyone. Those with training, networks and capital are moving fast, while people without technical education or means risk being left behind.

In Luxembourg too, a new divide is opening between those who can use these tools and those who cannot. PeterLab exists to close that gap.

Accompanied access. Real outcomes.

PeterLab selects participants across Luxembourg and gives them access to SayPeter's AI tools, together with the training, mentoring and follow-up they need to build and run a project or small business of their own.

PeterLab supports primarily young people and people with limited resources in Luxembourg. Each programme can set its own eligibility criteria, according to its objectives and its funders.

Every programme is judged on three outcomes for the person in it:

01

A place in the community

Social inclusion at its most concrete: building something of your own changes where you stand — from receiving help to creating value.

02

An income of their own

Professional inclusion you can verify: a first business, a service, a step into working life — activity and income the participant generates themselves.

03

Command of the tools

Digital inclusion for the decade ahead: practical, confident command of the tools that will define who gets an opportunity next.

We measure what we do.

Serious philanthropy deserves serious accountability. Our programmes run on our own platform, so the evidence accrues as the work happens: the people we accompany, what they put in motion, the activity it generates.

People accompanied Projects launched Activity generated

Funders receive regular reports with the trajectories, the outcomes and the real numbers of the cohort they finance, at the agreed cadence.

PeterLab is a young association. We would rather show you a rigorous way of measuring than impressive numbers we cannot yet stand behind.

From an idea to a working business.

One of the first people to work with these tools had no technical training and no capital, just an idea and the will to make it work. Within a few weeks, and with guidance along the way, that idea had become a functioning business: a real service, real customers, real income.
A real trajectory, anonymised to protect the person behind it.

That is the pattern PeterLab exists to repeat, with the people in Luxembourg who could not otherwise afford the access or the guidance.

Every euro goes far.

The cost of giving one person accompanied access to these tools is low, and what it produces endures. Skills stay. Confidence stays. A project that generates income keeps generating it.

Intensive accompaniment

Technology lowers the barriers, but the impact comes from human follow-through. Every participant receives access to the tools, one-to-one mentoring and accompaniment throughout the programme.

A multiplier effect

Each beneficiary who builds an activity creates value around them: for customers, for families, for their community.

A model built to grow

We start with manageable cohorts, so the accompaniment stays good. The model can widen step by step, as new programme leads and new funding come in.

Know the people behind the numbers.

PeterLab is not looking for a cheque and a photo. We are deliberately small: a funder can meet the team, follow the cohort they finance, and keep a direct line to the association.

We accompany our beneficiaries over time, and we offer our funders the same continuity.

European by design.

Working with young people and people in vulnerable situations demands the highest standard of data protection. PeterLab and the SayPeter tools behind it are built to meet it.

GDPR compliant

Personal data is handled in line with the European General Data Protection Regulation, built on data minimisation and clear, informed consent.

EU AI Act aligned

We follow the European AI Act's requirements for the responsible and transparent use of artificial intelligence.

Stored in Europe

All data is stored within the European Union, on servers hosted in Europe.
