Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 2026

1. Introduction

Every SayPeter subscription includes a dedicated virtual machine and an AI assistant (Peter) with access to messaging, browsing, and workspace tooling. That is a lot of capability, and it is yours to direct. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the limits: what you and Peter must not do with the service.

This AUP supplements, and is part of, the Terms of Service. Breach of the AUP is a breach of the Terms.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use SayPeter, your VM, or Peter to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or any form of cold outreach that violates WhatsApp's terms or applicable anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, LGPD).
  • Engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation of another person or business, or any deceptive commercial practice.
  • Distribute, store, or generate illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property you do not own.
  • Generate, store, or transmit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors. We report CSAM to competent authorities without notice.
  • Mine cryptocurrency, run distributed computation for third parties, or otherwise use VM CPU/RAM for workloads unrelated to your own business operations.
  • Launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks, port scans, credential-stuffing, or any other activity that disrupts networks or systems you do not own.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to your VM or Peter to third parties outside your own organisation.
  • Circumvent rate limits, quota enforcement, billing meters, or any technical control we put in place.
  • Instruct Peter to produce targeted harassment, doxxing, CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, material that promotes violence against a protected class, or content designed to manipulate elections.
  • Attempt to extract other customers' data, access infrastructure you are not authorised for, or probe the management plane for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure context.
  • Upload, or instruct Peter to process, personal data about other people without a valid legal basis and any notices or consents the law requires, or submit personal data you are not lawfully entitled to process.
  • Submit special-category or otherwise sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, racial or ethnic, political, religious, or sexual-orientation data) without a valid legal condition and appropriate safeguards for doing so.
  • Use Peter for any practice prohibited by the EU AI Act, including social scoring, manipulative or exploitative techniques that cause harm, untargeted scraping of facial images, biometric categorisation to infer sensitive attributes, or inferring emotions in the workplace or in education.
  • Deploy or use Peter as a "high-risk" AI system under the EU AI Act (for example, to make or materially inform decisions about employment or recruitment, creditworthiness, access to education or essential public or private services, or similar) unless you ensure compliance with the obligations that fall on you as the deployer for that use.

3. Abuse Reporting

If you believe a SayPeter tenant is violating this AUP (spam from a SayPeter-hosted number, phishing, abuse via Peter, network attacks), report it to us. Include the sender phone number, timestamps, and any message content you can share.

Email: [email protected]

We triage abuse reports within one business day and act on confirmed violations immediately.

4. Enforcement

When we find a violation we escalate through the following steps, skipping ahead as severity requires:

  • Warning. A written notice with a remediation deadline for low-severity or first-time issues.
  • Suspension. Your VM is paused and Peter stops sending, while the underlying data is preserved, pending investigation.
  • Termination. Your subscription and VM are terminated. No refund is issued for termination for cause.

For CSAM, active network attacks, or credible threats against individuals, we suspend immediately without prior notice. We cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests and preserve relevant logs when legally required.

5. Governing Law

This AUP is governed by the same law and jurisdiction as the Terms of Service.
