What happens when my plan's capacity runs out?
Peter tells you when you're getting close, and when the month's capacity is fully used he pauses. Nothing is lost: your website, your records and everything he set up stay exactly as they are. Capacity comes back on your renewal date, or you move up a plan and he carries on the same day.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your dashboard, with no call to make and no notice period. Peter keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for. Once that month is over, everything is deleted, so export anything you want to keep before then.
