Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Service Description

SayPeter ("we", "us", "our") provides a managed hosting service for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant. Each subscriber receives a dedicated virtual machine (VM) hosted in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany) with OpenClaw pre-installed and maintained.

The service includes VM provisioning, automated security updates, WhatsApp and Telegram connectivity, and a web dashboard for account management. You bring your own AI API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to power your assistant.

2. Eligibility

To use SayPeter, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid payment method accepted by our payment processor (Stripe).
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. Your Account

Each account is for a single person and entitles you to one active subscription and one dedicated VM. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Keeping your contact and payment information up to date.

You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • The service costs €19 per month, invoiced monthly.
  • All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your service continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your VM and data are preserved for 30 days to allow data export.
  • After the 30-day retention period, your VM is permanently destroyed.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

6. Your Responsibilities

As a SayPeter user, you agree to:

  • Provide your own valid API keys for the AI provider(s) you wish to use.
  • Comply with the terms of service of your chosen AI provider.
  • Not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' VMs.
  • Not use the service to send spam, harass others, or distribute malicious content.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate, store, or transmit through your VM.

7. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Providing reasonable uptime for the service.
  • Applying security updates and maintaining the infrastructure.
  • Hosting all VMs within the European Union (Hetzner, Germany).
  • Maintaining a zero-knowledge architecture: we do not access, read, or monitor your VM data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for AI output accuracy, API key charges, data loss after the retention period, third-party service interruptions, or indirect damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. OpenClaw (Open Source)

SayPeter provides managed hosting of OpenClaw, an open-source project. We provide OpenClaw "as-is" and make no warranty regarding its functionality. OpenClaw updates are applied as they become available.

10. Termination by SayPeter

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, use the service for illegal activity, have unresolved payment failures, or pose a risk to our infrastructure. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of [placeholder, member state to be determined based on company registration].

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
